Identity checks before anyone works

Freelancers verify their identity with a government ID and a live selfie check before they can take on work. Kazzzi's service team are people we hire and verify ourselves.

Ratings from real, completed jobs

Only people who actually booked or hired someone can rate them, after the work is finished — so ratings reflect real experiences.

Your money is held until the job is done

When you book or hire, your payment is held safely by Kazzzi and released only for completed work. Workers know the money is there; customers know it won't be paid out early.

Live tracking while your service provider travels to you
In-app chat, so you don't need to share your personal number
