How to book trusted home help in Dar es Salaam
Download the Kazzzi app, choose the service and the rooms or tasks you need, set your location and time, and pay by M-Pesa, Airtel Money or CRDB. A verified member of the Kazzzi service team is assigned, and your payment is only released once the job is done.
Before you book
A few minutes of preparation makes the booking — and the job — go smoothly.
- Decide exactly what you need: one room, the whole house, a load of laundry, or help with a move.
- Know your exact location. Dar es Salaam addresses can be hard to find, so a landmark helps ("opposite the petrol station", "blue gate").
- Think about access: who will open the gate, and are there pets or rooms to avoid?
- Make sure you have enough in your Kazzzi wallet, or top up by mobile money first.
Booking, step by step
- Open the Kazzzi app and choose a category: house cleaning, laundry and ironing, moving and packing, or office help.
- Add the services you need. Each one shows what's included and its price before you confirm.
- Set your location on the map and add directions or a landmark.
- Choose when: right now, a set date and time, or a repeating schedule such as every week (depending on the service).
- Confirm and pay from your wallet. The money is held safely by Kazzzi, not paid out yet.
On the day
Once a member of the Kazzzi service team is assigned, you can see who is coming, follow them on the map as they travel to you, and chat with them in the app — so you don't need to share your personal phone number.
Walk through the job together when they arrive, so there's no confusion about which rooms or items are included.
After the job
When the work is done, the payment is released and you're asked to rate the job. Ratings only come from real, completed bookings, which is what keeps quality visible for everyone.
