HOW IT WORKS

Two ways to get work done

Book a ready-made service from the catalogue in a few taps, or describe a job in your own words and hire someone for it. Either way, you pay by mobile money and your money is protected until the work is done.

Book a service

For house cleaning, laundry and ironing, moving and packing, and office help in Dar es Salaam.

  • Choose the services you need and see the price before you confirm.
  • Pick where and when: right now, at a set time, or on a repeating schedule (for example every week).
  • Kazzzi assigns a verified member of our service team near you.
  • Follow them on the map as they travel to you, and chat in the app.
  • When the job is done, rate it. Payment is released only after the job is completed.

Post a custom gig

For anything that isn't in the catalogue — a one-off task, a project, or several helpers for a day.

  • Describe the job, the location, your budget and when you need it.
  • Freelancers nearby send you proposals. Compare their profiles, ratings and prices.
  • Hire the person you want and agree the details in the contract and chat.
  • Approve the work when it's finished and the freelancer is paid from the amount you set aside.

Pay safely by mobile money

Top up your Kazzzi wallet with M-Pesa, Airtel Money or CRDB. When you book or hire, the amount is held safely and only released for completed work. If an order is cancelled, the held amount comes back to your wallet.
