Frequently asked questions
Kazzzi is said like kazi, the Swahili word for work. It's the kazi app for Tanzania: book home cleaning, laundry, moving and office help in Dar es Salaam, or find paid work near you.
Pick a service from the catalogue, choose instant, scheduled, or recurring, and confirm your location — a vetted provider is matched and dispatched to you.
Post a gig on Kazzzi. Describe the job and set a budget, which is reserved from your wallet when you publish. Review proposals from freelancers and pick the one you're comfortable with — they're paid from that budget once the work is completed and approved.
A service order is a fixed-price booking from our catalogue — choose instant, scheduled, or recurring, and a vetted provider is matched automatically. Posting a gig means listing a custom job and reviewing proposals from freelancers before choosing one, best when no listed service fits.
Verification includes a phone and email check, a government ID (passport, license, or national ID), and a selfie check before a provider can go live.
Kazzzi supports mobile money payments including M-Pesa, Airtel Money, and CRDB, so you can pay and get paid securely without handling cash.
Yes. Once a service order or gig is underway, you can see the provider's live location on the map until the job is marked complete.
Kazzzi currently operates in Tanzania, with plans to expand across East Africa as we grow.
