Mobile money, held safely until the job is done
Kazzzi uses the mobile money you already have. No card is needed, and nobody is paid for work that hasn't been completed.
Held until the work is done
When you book a service or hire for a gig, the amount is set aside from your wallet and held by Kazzzi. It is released when the job is completed — not before.
Cancellations and refunds
If an order is cancelled before it's done, the held amount is returned to your Kazzzi wallet.
Getting paid as a freelancer
When a gig you worked on is approved, your earnings go into your Kazzzi wallet, and you can withdraw them to your mobile money account.

The app shows the full price, including any service and transport fees, before you confirm a booking.
Most mobile money withdrawals arrive quickly; occasionally the mobile network takes longer to confirm. You can follow the status in the app.
