What to ask before hiring a cleaner, mover or helper
Before hiring anyone for your home, check who they are, what's included in the job, when and how you pay, and what happens if something goes wrong. Getting clear answers up front avoids most problems.
Who is coming?
Ask for the person's name and, ideally, proof of identity. On Kazzzi, freelancers verify their identity with an ID and a live selfie check, and service team members are people Kazzzi hires and verifies — you see who is assigned before they arrive.
What exactly is included?
Agree which rooms, items or tasks are part of the job, and whether cleaning supplies are provided. Each Kazzzi service lists what's included, so there's no guesswork.
Have they done this before?
Ask about similar jobs, or check ratings. Kazzzi ratings only come from real, completed jobs.
When do I pay — and how?
Avoid paying the full amount up front in cash. On Kazzzi you pay by mobile money, and the money is held until the work is done.
