Instant, scheduled or recurring: which booking is right for you?
Choose instant when you need help as soon as possible, scheduled when you know the date and time, and recurring when you want the same help to repeat, for example every week. Not every service offers all three.
Instant
For when you need help now — a surprise visitor, a spill, or a meeting room that has to be ready this afternoon. Kazzzi looks for an available member of the service team near you straight away.
Scheduled
For when you know exactly when you need the job done. Pick a date and time, and it's arranged ahead. You can change the time of a one-time booking from your orders while it's still waiting to be assigned to someone.
Recurring
For regular help, like weekly cleaning or laundry. You choose how often, and each visit is booked for you automatically — no need to remember to book again. You can pause or cancel the plan in the app.

- House cleaning and laundry & ironing: instant, scheduled and recurring.

- Moving and packing: scheduled only, so the move can be planned properly.
