Profile Information: You may provide a profile photo, a biography, and your National Identification Number (NIDA Number) for verification purposes.
Gig Information: If you post a gig as a "Boss," we collect all details you provide, including title, description, location, budget, and photos. If you submit a proposal as a "Freelancer," we collect your cover letter and proposed price.

1.2. Data Collected Automatically

Location Data: With your permission, we may collect precise real-time location information from your device to enable features like location-based gig searching and freelancer tracking for active gigs. You can disable this at any time through your device settings.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you access and use the Service, including your device information, IP address, operating system, browser type, and actions taken within the app (e.g., pages viewed, buttons clicked).
Transaction Data: We keep records of transactions made through the app, including deposits to your wallet, payments made from escrow, and withdrawals. Note that detailed payment card information is handled by our third-party payment processors.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various purposes:

To provide and maintain our Service, including facilitating connections between Bosses and Freelancers.
To manage your account, including processing registrations and verifying your identity.
To process payments, manage the escrow system, and maintain your wallet balance.
To enable and manage communication between users via our in-app chat.
To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
To monitor and analyze usage to improve the app's functionality and user experience.
To send you important notices, updates, security alerts, and push notifications related to your account and gigs.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following situations:

Between Users: To facilitate a gig, we share necessary information between a Boss and a Freelancer, such as name, profile photo, skills, and ratings. Once a gig is assigned, we may share location data if enabled for that gig.
With Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors and service providers who perform services for us, such as payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, and customer service.
For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, or prevent fraud.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

You have certain rights regarding your personal information. Depending on your location, these may include the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information. You can manage most of your information directly within your account settings in the app.
